Also great in addition to a large coffee maker, esp. Make 1 or 2 cups at a time. I have been using this for about a month now and it is a great, convenient little machine. if you have family or guests who like their coffee differently.less strong, decaf, etc. Takes 2-3 minutes to make a cup. I have sworn off my $3/day drive through coffee. Works with most "to go" cups in addition to the ones provided, as along as they fit under the drip spout you are good to go. I'm considering a "gold" filter so I don't have to keep using paper ones, $12 at Target, we'll see.
The Cuisinart TTG-500FR Coffeemaker makes good coffee in a simple, elegant machine. It actually makes almost as much coffee as a four-cup coffeemaker. And the price was very reasonable.
I bought this for my husband's office. I opened and threw away the packaging before trying it out. The unit did not work because on-off switch was broken. I didn't bother to return it because I did like the cups and probably would have paid that price for them anyway.
This coffeemaker really solved alot of my problems. The coffee is ready to go, just add 2 cups of water and your coffee. It is dispensed into the travel mug which fits my cup holder in my car. It requires #2 filters and they probably should be purchased at the same time if possible.
It may not fit in your car. I cleaned it up and it's never worked again.
When it did work, it made good coffee and was very convenient. I purchased this product new, not refurbed.
Bizarre. However, after only about 4 months, it died.
Worked fine until the morning it leaked hot water all over the counter along with coffee grounds. The coffee mugs are also really wide in the base.
Overall, I'm sure there are better to-go coffeemakers out there.
